Air fuel meter

Just wondering if any one is running a air to fuel ratio gauge. It seems like that would be nice to get your jetting spot on. If so were do find them at.

I dont know how well they will work since there is oil in the exhaust. I would think that it would foul the oxygen sensor pretty quickly.
