Did you check the reed petals? Are you using a resistor type spark plugs in it?

Yes the reeds are fine, BR8ES NGK-R plugs so yes the resistor type also.

We swapped pipes once and i even held the pipe over my head to look inside... so there isnt black sooty water on my face lol.

Im just trying to keep an positive attitude... i let this thing get to me

We did ohm check the spark plug boot caps as well? Did you check ALL the electrical connectors for rust, water, or corrosion?

Didnt check the boot caps but swaped a coil/plugs off a good running bike. All connections are clear of any rust, water, and corrosion. But i will double check again just to make sure.

Is there any sign of damage to the flywheel? This is hard to diagnose, but if the bike was in front of me I am sure I could tell what was wrong.

This may take time. But lets summarize this.

List all mods out like this:

Pipes

air filter

head

carbs

etc....

Then list out everything you have checked in the same way.

carbs

stator

squish

etc.....

At the end, put what happened to make it run funny. Then peveryone can look at it close and see if there is something here we are missing.
