Havok248
I know that this fall/winter Im tearin the banshee apart and painting everything.. Right now i have a 1987 so its the old school white and red with gold wheels, and i think its a good look... A part of me wants to just restore it, repaint all the plastics the same color, then powder coat the frame the same red and white scheme and have a pristine 1987... Then the childish flat bill wearing side of me really wants to just murder the bike.. just black everything. complete opposite side of the spectrum i know.. i just cant stop thinking how sick all gloss black would look. Maybe it wouldnt even look sweet at all, i want to hear what everyone thinks, haha maybe stop me from doing something really gay. And if murdered wouldnt look good, i was thinking about going black everything, then the smaller items on the bike like a-arms i can PC myself.. so i could go almost all black with a hint of red? quikshee
I went gloss black on my bike, if I had to do it again I would choose flat black for sure.
2twin350s
I blacked out my 250R for the most part. Before, After Also my Tri-Z I would say mostly black with some silver accents or another color, looks pretty tough vs. just all black. LiftdT4R
I vote NO!!! The white/red with the gold wheels is classic!! They just don't make them like that anymore.
springer
flat black always looks good, but satin black also looks good without going to a gloss. would be unique too since lots of people do the flat. somethin to think about... WALLACE84
If you decide to do the black, dont you make ALL black because I have a Crf450 with black plastics with monster graphics, stainless oil filter with black cover, black clutch bracket, black asv levers, balck rims, and black sporckets and its pushing it. Too much black looks horrible IMO
