Unknown Bottom End part with Pics

Recommended Posts

 Come on Guys!

Yes it does EXIST inside a Banshee..it fits in the case half under the crankshaft,.. and yes it IS a Major important item..

".. IT is what aligns the hole in the Crankshafts center area between the bearings in the middle ,CENTER seal PIN.. & that is what will hold it still inside the damn engine cases"

  good Lord

and THAT is WHY the cylinders trade fresh charge of intake and compression IF WE DON'T Put this Back inside ,Then we have very poor Idling plug fouling

THESE are always in every 2 & 3 cylinder 2 stroke multi cylinder engines

but its NOT inside the ONES that don't start or idle perfect

because these than left this out LISTENED to Fools who don't know dick yet gloat as if they KNOW EVERYTHING.. Never listen to FORUM IDIOTS who say THAT IS NOT a PART that goes anywhere in a Banshee engine...just because it is not on a microfiche doesn't mean you don't need it .OK!

NOTE to the FOOLS who said THAT doesn't go in YOUR engine,

I Bet,...if THEY ever built a bottom end on any Twin or Triple 2 stroke..(Which i Obviously Doubt)

..BUT " if"   "they"  ever DID build one.

.it never would idle perfect or ever Last very long ..ohh + it always fouled plugs to hell and back too

because without THAT center Lab Seal PIN..it will HAVE spun case bearing seal areas=scrap.

 then

its normally SEALED area between the two cylinders in the center will leak between cylinders

 right

AFTER its center bearing seal SPUN in the ruined case halves

where

it now trades fresh intake charges between the two sealed crank areas.

...Which It Cant Do > and still run worth a damn.if it does at all.

Look in the half moon machined curves in  the case halves...

Where the HOLE is that many overlooked when cleaning where the crank fits..See that tiny HOLE?

..I bet THAT PIN fits perfect Into that little HOLE

its placed there to lock or to hold either the center seal collar between the two rods or the inner crank bearing/seal.  so it wont accidently be at an angle or cocked slightly and never be prone to WEAR then LEAK because it Is.. so that Keeps it TRUE and holds IT perfectly where it MUST BE.

ohh.**Note to the IDIOT who stated IT ISNT ANY PART THAT GOES IN ANY BANSHEE.

willing to put money to REPAIR the Damages your Mouth Created? i doubt it.. most know it all's are broke dicks..with crap that runs poorly that they built themselves.with the way off carb jets THEY mixmatched becauuse they dont KNOW it was this that ate the center away on the crank that trades/leaks between the two cylinders in the bottom end.. NOT THE CARB JETS it came with that are suddenly out of nowhere the wrong size?? . DUHH!

  whatever you do

DONT ask these  "It Don't Go In There"  fools how  what size jets THEY ReJet their carbs with on a poor running Banshee that leaks between the two separate bottom end Spinning Crankshaft areas of the 2 side to side sealed case halves that they didn't put THAT back into!

= just because there beith no PART # or Image on thy Microfiche, does not haveith any BEARING if it exists inside or not at ALL>

Master Trained Tech Professionals noith

that THY part must then Comeith  already placed into thy case half's little Hole it fit into from thy Factory, meaning it is Not sold or listed separately..Yet It Sure is Needed.

I did ruin one before..many  many years ago.when i was 15. because How>I describe below:

feel fortunate YOU DIDNT Have it where it belongs..because THEN youd surely have a busted center of the cranks vital sealing area because you DIDNT ALIGN the hole to THIS PIN that IDIOTS stated Was Not A  Part  that goes anywhere inside any Banshee Engine.
