Is the finish Anodized, powder coat or paint?

Good question. It looks like anodizing to me. I would be curious as to what type of andodizing that is (I hate those other retards in the industry that are simply dying their aluminum).

If that is a reasonably resilient coating on there, those things are hot. I may need to get some money out of the pillows wtuffed with money that my friends think I sleep on for a coulpe of them.

Has anyone bought this type of sling shot before that holds the amo in the handle? http://www.liangdianup.com/sporting_1.htm

this company has free shipping to anywhere in the world and they guarantee delivery to Australia. I heard that sling shots

are ok to sell in Australia as long as you say they are being used to toss bait in the water when you go fishing, any truth

to thatone?

Do you have any idea what it brings the surface hardness up to?

No but it is type 2 anodizing. From what I understand/know, type two is the best anodizing for color especially bright. There is only one place I know of which does what is known as hard anodizing and has color other than black (dull). That hard anodizing with color has ugly color and is nowhere near what a bright dip is. "Hard anodizing" is not any harder than what we have done as bright dip but it goes a few thousands deeper. For wear characteristics either are great but bright dip is limited for resistance to impacts because it is much thinner. Even diamond coating on soft material is limited because of the thickness.

I believe this is correct.
