topo
hello does anyone know what step to take to remove the push lever? Edited July 2, 2009 by topo
toolucky
you will need to remove the springs off of your clutch basket to relieve the tension from the actuator arm. Remove the left carb and push the spring off of the boss thats rite beside the clutch actuator arm and then it should slide out

jbones
you will need to remove the springs off of your clutch basket to relieve the tension from the actuator arm. Remove the left carb and push the spring off of the boss thats rite beside the clutch actuator arm and then it should slide out First thing i do is wash the motor real good so no dirt ends up inside ,mine had a small hold down bracket u unbolt from the case. U will also have to remove clutch cover and loosen clutch springs and ajustment rod and ball bearing and then push spring off and should slide out.
