Tony Lopez Posted June 23, 2009 Report Share Posted June 23, 2009 For those of you you are interested the guys at American Muffler in Phoenix can repair you clogged radiator. Basically what they do is unsoder the top portion of the radiator. They use a small thin metal guide that goes into each one of the cooling lines and they remove any clogs. Once they unclog every line they soder the top portion back up and you are good to go. I called and they quoted me 20 to 50 bucks. Beats the $400 for a new one. This process was fairly common in cars in Mexico and is reliable. Thier number is 602-272-2247. Anyway I just thought I would pass this along to anyone who may need it.
