I guess i should package up the 2 pieces of shit i have laying on my work bench and send them back. I just gave up. I called them becasause the first flywheel i got from them had the 2 lugs machined incorrectly. They were not 180 degrees apart. One was about 5 degrees off. Even after i sent it back, the guy said he couldn't see anything wrong. Idiot

Get em warrantied and sell them on ebay.

Just thought I'd throw out another diss for one of the worst aftermarket companies out there. I guess there's a reason why they're half the price of OEM. New RS on my 250r gave up the ghost after 20 minutes!

has anyone had any problems with the ricky stator brand of ignition coil? maybe that is why my banshee is acting funny?

I still will not use their products. Nice write up Snop.

And with the billet plate available from Chariot for almost half the price of a Pro-Design, they got that covered now.

And I can tell you Chariot service is awesome.

I did have to run a tap down the hold down bolt holes in the Chariot plate (for the wire clips), no big deal.

There is a reason they are so cheap, I'd bet they farm out everything and send it overseas....for a 1/4 of the price and 1/16 of the quality, and it's showing.

I wish I would have read this thread prior to buying the piece of shit timing plate I just received from Vito's. I knew that the RS stators were dog shit from reading other posts, and I didn't know that the timing plate I was ordering from Vitos was an RS plate until it arrived in the mail. I decided to give it a try and began installing it on my bike. When I went to tighten down the screw for the stator I couldn't because the fucking threads were stripped.

There should be a disclaimer on Vito's website : "If you buy this piece of shit part make sure that you keep your stock one because 10 minutes after you install it you will have to tear your bike back apart and install the stock plate again!"
