bansheenut24
Help!! Has anybody else had this problem? I keep losing the same one of these two plugs. They are where the shaft, that the shift forks ride on. The E clip on the inside doesn't come off and the shaft doesn't slide out, just the plug comes out and then leaks oil. Any ideas? blowit
Get a new plug and squash it slightly in a vise to expand the OD slightly so you increase the interference fit. Also a good idea to apply a small amount of RTV to the OD to help seal it. Should be a 5 min job. B
Snopczynski
Cascade sells them. You gotta glue them in.
spurdy
Cascade sells them. You gotta glue them in. Had the same issue. Yamabond and a slight ping on the outside to increase the interference fit as previously stated. SP
