If they dont bolt right on how muck modding di I have to do? The rear does not. I have yet to find a dual piston caliper that will bolt up to the rear bracket on a Banshee. There was a thread with this a while back with different suggestions, but as far as I know there isnt a dual piston caliper that will just bolt up. You would have to make a bracket to use one. The PDV Banshees run them, and a few other racers.

LiftdT4R
Pont de Vaux, its a 12 hour race every year, and Banshees ruled it for a long time. I'll try and find a pic of the setup they were using.
scottd480
I know I can run the front ones and and they bolt right to the banshee spindles So it is true that the YFZ calipers do bolt directly to the Banshee spindles??? I always thought that since they are double-piston and larger, that they wouldn't be a direct bolt on. Can anyone verify this for SURE? Yes fronts bolt right up besides they will hit your dust cover so you will have to notch it a little bit out. Yfz rezzi is also a little larger to handle the dual piston calipers but the stock banshee one works fine to. Is the yfz rear caliper 2 piston or just one? I'm not sure but I was wondering myself, The one I seen on ebay looked like mine so I didnt buy it.

I'm not sure but I was wondering myself, The one I seen on ebay looked like mine so I didnt buy it. It's a single piston. I tried a couple different rear dirbike calipers (250s and 450s) with no luck, and I also tried the front YFZ caliper with no luck. I couldnt find any dual piston caliper to fit my Banshee rear. If anyone does find anything that will bolt up, be sure to let me know.

I've always hated the lame braking force that the stock front brakes give. (besides the fact that the brake lines are rubber) Is there a good improvement in "bite" with these, when you come down hard on the lever? Or, in other words, is this switchover worth it? LiftdT4R
CLICK Nice writeup!! You'll notice a big improvement. I put them on my bike when I did my build, and I love them. 10x better then stock. The only problem is they can be a little pricey. I think I paid upwards of $100 for them. But I heard if you wantch the boards like YFZ central, you can score them cheap if someone is parting their bike.
