Onesickcrewcab
I also wont use fuel thats been sitting for over 2 months. Had bad experiences with it. I say you just load up the bike, tent, beer, and the fuel and head to Pismo. Problem Solved
sandman81
when we buy drums of vp racing fuel, vp tells you after you break the seal that you have few months till the octaine starts to drop off. so the same will apply for you, the octain will drop off after a few months. it all depends on your engine ! Use it in the weedwacker !! True that. But if you don't want to use elsewhere, here is what you can due to better your odds of self life. I can't stress this enough, you need to make sure you KEEP IT OUT of direct sun light, KEEP IN cool spot, have cap and the little breather cap TIGHT, and limit your times of opening the container. The hissying noise you'll hear is your octane ability going bye bye. Just had my bike dynoed, and against my own better judgement I used some 3 months old 110, had about 5 hp drop.
