mopar1rules Posted June 3, 2009 Report Share Posted June 3, 2009 (edited) 27.5 pilots 1-1/2 turns on air screws stock needles w/clip in middle position 320-330 mains start there. i can't see you needing to adjust anything more than the mains from what i suggest. I moved it dead center and runs like shit. I will try going bigger till it bogs then go down one. It's still hard to start. Dealership didn't have 27.5 pilot but idles and runs good up to 1/4. thanks again for all your help.
