notsed Posted June 2, 2009 Report Share Posted June 2, 2009 (edited) hi guys. so heres the deal... tranny used to mess up in 2nd, it would shift fine but pop out under load, so i got a complete used tranny out of an 03 and put that in, then everything worked great except i couldnt get it to sift into 4th when drag racing or under load, it shifts fine when im just cruisin if i use the clutch or dont. so i took it all appart again and put the shift forks and drum from the first tranny(even though everything was good and straight) and it was a littile better but it still does the same thing. i cant see anything wrong with it. i guess i just dont know what to look for, any ideas or advice would be great. im tired of the trial and error what am i missing? ive already done the star and shaft mods, what else could i do while its appart, cut the dogs? thanks in advance Edited June 2, 2009 by notsed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
