Handyman
Ok so I've been pondering this for a while now and have done some research but have not found any solid answer....I have a Cheetah PV motor and when it needs to be rebuilt i was wondering if i can bore it from 68mm to 72.. to make it a 535cc Cheetah PV motor....i know I will need a new crank and trench the cases but that's still cheaper than building one from scratch.... 2001Stroker
It can be sleeved up to 75mm. But, to make it a 535, you need a 10mil crank, 73mm bore, porting, and some custom domes.

Bansh-eman
You might go to ATVDR and ask this. I am not too sure if you can just re-sleeve it to fit 73mm. I want to say that I read somewhere that the transfers are not the same, and that you should just buy a set that are already setup from CP with the size bore you want. I might be thinking of Twister, not sure. I just remember this coming up a long time ago and seem to remember someone saying that you

Buy yourself the 64 cast cylinder. If yours is for a stock stroke, it will not work. And they don't sleeve the cylinders they bore and then re nikasil.
