BANSH-alena-jol-EE Posted May 30, 2009 Report Share Posted May 30, 2009 hello, i am going to have pods on soon as they get here......looking at the underside of the air box and intakes, there is a lot of lube from the chain being flicked up on all over there.....sooo, when i get the pods on there, this lube will be flicked all over my pods....whats the deal that going to be ok? ahah am i going to have to stop lubricating my chain lol? 2001Stroker Posted May 30, 2009 Report Share Posted May 30, 2009 Get some better chain oil. I use Maxima Chain Wax. It sticks without slinging, pretty damn good. I normally get a few little specks on the bottom of my plastics, but that's it. Something alot of people don't know, is when you oil your chain, you need to ride it around for like 5 minutes to get the chain warm.
