06shee325 Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 i bought a 2 into 1 35mm pwk carb kit off here, finally got around to installing it after 4 months and it was dumping fuel out the overflow, i took apart the float bowl, lifted the float up and down a few times, cleaned it out, put back together and still doing it, but not nearly as bad, i went down my street and it broke up all through first and half threw second gear, the second i shut it off it drips fuel. i let it stand for about 5 ins and it wouldnt stop dripping out, any help please?? i wanna ride again. Does the needle/seat seal up completely when pressed? i dont know, how can i tell what its set at? it looks like the needle seals fine, i can hear it... Snopczynski Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 the float height is from the carm bowl mating surface to the top of the float just barely resting on the needle.
