06specialedition
Im looking at getting some reed spacers. CPI has 1/4 and 1/2 inch thick spacers. What size should I go with and how much do they affect jetting? 2006 special edition CPI inframes Pods W/no air box +4 timing
LiftdT4R
They do absoluetly nothing for performance so they wont affect jetting. The only reason to get them would be if the bowls on the carbs are hitting the clutch arm. If you don't have that problem there's really no reason for them, just another place for an air leak to develop. 06specialedition
OK. I've always thought they acted like a throttle body spacer on a truck or car. But thats good to know, maybe i wont buy any.
