Feelin a bit better today.. Spirits are up a bit more and the pain is a bit less so hopefully here on out things will improve rapidly. Actually sleepin in my own bed last night was really nice! Still feeling pretty weak and almost feel like Iam getting over a cold or something, so that feels weird. But like I said overall I feel improved. Weighed myself yesterday. Day my girlfriend left one month ago I was right around 210-212. Yesterday I weighed 188. Deffinatly not the weight loss program I had hoped for but should help on that race weight-lol.. Crazy how shit like this zapps a person.. Thank you all again for the kind words!

Yo Bro. I don't know you but that sucks what happen to you glad your doing better.

 

I know what you mean about that hospital diet. When I was in the hospital for second degree burns to my face and arms I went in wieghing 240, 20% body fat and came out wieghing 200 with like 10% percent body fat, made me feel like shit.

 

Hope you get better soon and start putting on the weight, i'm sure your competition wouldn't mine. :laugh: :biggrin:

Once again, thank you all for the kind words and support. Truely amazing how much people come through for others on this forum. Makes me very proud and touched to be a part of it. You all have no idea how much this very thread helped me as I mentioned before the second time in took a large toll on my moral. Its nice knowing I have access to people all over the world who are willing to lend atleast their thoughts and prayers to someone in need.

Otherwise Iam felling better with every passing day.. Only a tad sore now except for when I sneeze, damn that hurts-lol.. I have my next doc app on thursday so Iam excited to get that out of the way. Ill still be on antibiotics a few more days. Now the big thing is just weighing through all the bills BS.. Thats gonna suck..
