removing the pressure plate?

how do u remover the pressure plate? i seized my clutch and can seem to remove the bitch, i took it off once before but all i remember doing is just unscrew 6 screws and pull it off with my hand. but now i cant seem to get it off, i dont wanna use a jaw puller but i need to remover this, but i needs to be removed

is your clutch cable still connected?

That makes no matter, once you remove the 6 bolts it should fall right off. You welded the ball didnt you? Is your clutch adjuster hanging up on the outside and conneted to the ball and pushrod? Just a thought, but yeah, it should just fall right off.

Adjuster is likely welded up. Remove the center adjuster bolt and the pressure plate should come of after that. That will leave the adjuster in the clutch hub.

+1. If things are welded together, the adjuster is keeping the plate on. Hopefully after that it off you can pull the adjuster, ball and pushrod out. If not, you'll be splitting the cases. :ermm: . It might help to tip the bike on it's side to let gravity help. But that's after the pressure plate is off.
