NickisGod Posted May 18, 2009 Report Share Posted May 18, 2009 how do u remover the pressure plate? i seized my clutch and can seem to remove the bitch, i took it off once before but all i remember doing is just unscrew 6 screws and pull it off with my hand. but now i cant seem to get it off, i dont wanna use a jaw puller but i need to remover this, but i needs to be removed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You welded the ball didnt you? Is your clutch adjuster hanging up on the outside and conneted to the ball and pushrod? Just a thought, but yeah, it should just fall right off. That will leave the adjuster in the clutch hub. Brandon +1. If things are welded together, the adjuster is keeping the plate on. Hopefully after that it off you can pull the adjuster, ball and pushrod out. If not, you'll be splitting the cases. :ermm: . It might help to tip the bike on it's side to let gravity help.
