if its a true drag port its probably to wide to add tripples into it

if your really wanting one you have to cut the sides out of the jugs weld material in and the port it and reweld. and they pray the welds are prefect and dont leak any water.

not many do them any more cause they are $$$ and time involved i think rdz does them but your talking like a 2000 for the port job i think shayne said or someone.

buy a cub. imo

X2 on that unless you want to do it yourself and save some money and then it comes down to do you trust yourself enough to start cutting things up

the reason the triple exhaust ports are added, is to increase the exhaust port area, if the main exhaust port is already at the max width limit and you still need more area. if you don't need anymore exhaust area for your port work, then IMO i don't think the triple exhaust ports will benefit you.

If you ever feel like experimenting, give these new sleeves a try, also check out their home page to see all they offer. Mike at lakes isn't a mega name like jeff or kevin, but he takes care of me no matter what the work load is. He just perted my vitos 404 in stock cyls, and we're already workin on a 7 mil, viper sleeve combo to see if we can roll with RDZ in the 3.80's with stock cyls. He's convinced we might be able to do it!

No offense...please. But if you wanna roll with a 3.80 on a stock cylinder you better be prepared to spend countless hours setting up the chassis, and finding a 90 lb kid that can ride...

SRPD in New York can triple port the exhaust and create boost intake ports with no cutting, welding or epoxy..but it is pricey.

It all depends on how aggressive this drag port is, if it's even done. Some guys will just clean up a jug and call it drag ported.

Now...I don't know who ported your motor, if it was done before or after you got it..etc. So take that with a grain of salt.

IF the porting isn't that aggressive, then yes, a proper drag port with triple ports will be a big difference.

If the exhaust is pretty much assed out, then no, it won't be a huge difference.

If you're serious about drag racing, a good motor is a small piece of the puzzle. Lockup clutch, override transmission and chassis setup are all just as if not moreso important.

Are you a duner/drag racer or a strict drag race only guy?
