boneyardbanshee.
If your talking about getting the wheels lined up, get one side straight. Then adjust the other side and measure from the seam in the tires in the front and in the back untill they are equal.

jayzx10r
I am doing new tie rods and have no idea how to adjust them. ant good tips? The forward side of the tire should have 1/4" more toe in (angled towards each other) than the rear of the tire measured at the 3 and 9 o'clock position. You can measure to find the tire center and use a Magic Marker, or clamp a 2"x4" to your wheel(s) to give you a platform to measure against. If you measure to the inside from the wheels, decrease your measurement amount since you're measuring closer to the axle center line. Lonestar Link Info: Toe Adjustment For this all you will need is a tape measure. Make sure the handlebars are straight, then make sure both tires are pointing straight forward. To do this, measure from the inside of one tire to a point on the chassis. Make a note of the distance. Then on the other side, measure from the exact same points as you did on the previous side. These measurements need to be exactly the same so that you know your tires are pointed the same. Adjust the tie rods so that this measurement is the same. Now that you Edited May 12, 2009 by jayzx750
