I'll be there friday morning, along with bansheeben. I did a breakdown on the weather, and the HIGHEST % of precip on friday is 20. So, It's looking like the rain will move out tomorrow afternoon and wont rain at all on friday.

sheerider1026, there will be a few of us there on friday already, so when you get to the gate....call and I'll ride up and you can follow me.

I ran a check on accuweather (MOST RELIABLE) and it's looking like there wont be an actual "steady" rain out at haspin. Thursday is MOSTLY CLOUDY, with a spotty shower, friday is MOSTLY CLOUDY with a shower or thunderstorn "around"(exact words) in the afternoon, and saturday is mainly cloudy with a shower or thunderstorm. Precip on friday is 20% and Precip on saturday is 30%.

Just got off the phone with Haspin, and the lady said "Today is the first day we've had any rain, it has been slight, and is actually not raining now, and our forecasts say rain possible through saturday, but the percentage is low"

I guess we'll play it by ear...

The main showers that are on the radar, haspin in like right on the edge, so lets just hope it works out!!!

It has been dry overthere. If it rains the day before I say we move it to the badlands. Its only looking like a 30% chance of rain on friday tho.

^^ Thats what the lady said to me on the phone, that it has been pretty dry. I think we're going to get away with it just being pretty cloudy, and maybe a spot shower here and there, which is fine with me. I'll see you boys friday night!

I say we just do it. Buck has a good point, the rain is just "spotty" so that isn't as bad as a solid down pour. Someone who gets to Haspin Friday call me (513)562-7327 (or text) and tell me the conditions. I'll post them up here for everyone to see. As long as it's not a muddy mess I plan to go. We've been planning this too long to pass it up unless it truly is a muddy mess.

agreed brother!!! I will call you when we get in and settled, with the conditions. Like I was saying, she said it was real dry there, and that the rain was very slight, and would def. knock down the dust. I agree, we've been planning it WAY to long! I'll put your number in my phone.

yea. i can see where it would be a mudd hole.. i will not have access to internet after thursday night.. so jason or indy buck give me a call friday and let me know how it is up there.. i also had thought about just going to badlands.. wet sand wouldn't be bad at all.. GOOD traction!! :D

Mud dont scare me or T-shee. Ive seen T-shee crack rear plastic from the weight of mud. Ive been there when its a miracal to get off the fire trail. I love the mud. If everyone wants to go Haspin Acres regardless ill be there, dont matter to me. If it rains hard the day before the ride, but is going to be dry the day of...we can still get some good riding in at the Badlands, might not be the same at Haspin.
