Drewski
is it in my interest to put a modded shift star in my shee
2001Stroker
It makes up and downshifting MUCH easier. Instead of the roller having to go over tall, sharp humps, it goes over short, rounded humps. You don't have to use nowhere near as much force, while shifting. BansheeDan
It makes up and downshifting MUCH easier. Not only does it shift much easier, but it also makes finding neutral while the motor is running much easier. 2001Stroker
I did mine on a bench grinder. I got a little outta control, and did the one between 1st and 6th. Doesn't matter though, cause it doesn't go past it anyways. Looking at this pic, the bottom right is the one you don't need to do.
derfnigel
just put one in mine yesterday and it makes a world of a difference.Still cant shift at full throttle but it is way better than it was.
Sandfrk33
Is the shift star located behind the clutch? Does anyone have a pic of one still mounted on the motor. I've been reading about this mod for a while, and was just wondering how hard it is to get to.
