You can get the rear stock shock rebuilt to work pretty good, but they will still never be as good as a properly set up aftermarket shock. I'd go with the Axis especially if it's set up close now. Axis shocks are one of the best shocks on the market.. Your not going to rebuild that stocker and get it anywhere near what that axis is.
