Rodneya
So I did a plug chop after a winter rebuild with HJR aggressive trail port and new top end. Temp was 53 deg and I usually ride around 65 to 70 deg. Do I thing it is a bit lean, but will it be right when the temps warm up?
SAVAGE420
Looks lean to me bud! Your on stock carbs right? Whats size you have in right now? I would go up a few sizes on your mains till it warms up some bro. I take it you cut into the porcelain on the left one !?! And check it again after going up i would say 2-3 on your mains. jbooker82
I would say it is lean too. I dont thing warming up 12 deg is going to make it right on ethier. Maybe if you normally ride in the upper 90's it might be close. josh
Rodneya
I am running 320's right now with stock carbs. Aggressive trail port by HJR. FMF fatty's. Open air box with K&N. The rings look a bit lighter in the photo, probably from the flash. I will go up a couple sizes and wait for the snow to melt a bit mere before I go out again and see how it looks. If that was a proper plug chop, they look really lean to me. i personaly would go up about 4 main sizes and work your way back down if needed. Id rather be 1 step too fat then too lean.
