I would almost be willing to bet money that you are running vista. Vista+Games designed for XP/98= very little playability. One thing you can try is running the game as admin or running it in compatibility mode for the op system it was designed for. I have GTA 3 for PC and on my system(2.8 p4,2gb memory and an agp radeon x2150 pro 512) and it runs flawless, but....I run XP also. The 7100 should run that game all day.
