Stock carb problem!

Alright guys I need ya'll help without any bullshit posts. I have to get this bike running, Im leaving for Little Sahara on Thursday. Here is the problem.

Stock motor, +4 timing, T5's, coolhead 20cc domes, no airbox, no tors, brake blocked off. I took my stock carbs off of my old bike that is ported and polished. It had 320 mains and 28 pilots. The bike started when it had 320 mains but running very rich. I rebuilt both carbs and changed the mains to 300 and now it will not start. I have ohmed everything, got spark in both plugs. The slides are on the right carbs. I have checked everything I can think of now and took the carbs apart and rechecked them to make sure I rebuilt them correctly. I worked on this bike all day. I NEED SOME HELP!

Did you say it won't even start, or just runs bad? Sorry couldn't remember.

It wont even start. I just pulled the pilots and blew out the holes and put new 25's in there. Will not crank at all. I am thinking about pulling my PWk's off my other bike and putting them on there just to test.

Do you have another bike/buddy to try to pull-start you? How much have you kicked it tryin to get it to start?

I have kicked the shit out of it several times. I have another bike with 30 mm carbs. I might wait until next weekend at LS to mess with it.

Try turning both air mixture screws all the way in, to lightly seat them, and then open both of them 1.5 turns. If it's got fuel in the carbs, and is getting spark, chances are it's too lean to start. You might even try just opening the air mixture screws 1 turn each, and see if you can get it to start, and if it does, then adjust the air mixture screws from there. You may also have to put bigger pilot jets in, either some 27.5s, or 30s.
