Is it built yet?

All you have to do is take it to a local truckstop. Most, if not all, have scales to weigh 18 wheelers for their payload.

You walk in and tell them what you would like weighed. Get two weigh slips. One with just the bike, and one with you sitting on the bike. That way, if you have a target weight in mind, you can drop some pounds to get down to race weight.

lol Jeff. The subframe is pointed up pretty high. But it still looks clean. That bike has to be pretty light Rico. Theres not much too it. It seems pretty crazy to me that Shaynes +14/+14 is that light, but Ziggy's Chassis have to be one of the lightest designed chassis's out there.

As far as a lightened stock frame drag bike, if you go nuts with cutting the frame and using alot of chromoly, and then get lightweight drag arms, stem, swingarm, etc, the bike could get into the 265 range, but you would have to have drag everything. I would say that most stock lightened stock chassis drag bikes are still in the upper 200's though.

I was pretty shocked too.. They guy running the scale asked me what I was thinking it weighed.. I told him I thought it would come in high 240's... He kinda smiled and said how does 235 sound. But.. After seeing how everything is sqeezed into this chassis.. I can see it being that light. Hell... My carbs barely fit from the motor compartment being so small. There is also ALOT of aluminum used on the front end. Its deffinately a great design.. I'd buy another one if he was still making the chassis's.

I went to the local secretary of state and they sent me to this place to get it weighed.. I guess its where they weigh the trailors for registration.
