I did HIIT two days a week, and weights with standard cardio three days a week. Yea I think ill keep cutting. Ive really been working on my abs. Im tired of planks, and crunchs tho. Im going to start doing those hanging leg raises you mention.

 

yea, you need to hit some other shit too..

youre pretty swoll dogg.. what you weighing? you can see the striations in your shoulders pretty well.

 

ive lost 15 pounds since the beginning of february. was 193 and about 178 now. with that also came a significant loss of strength but not so much size.

 

im way leaner and a lot more ripped. im kind of over the getting bigger phase. i want to maintain my size and continue to get more ripped and defined. after i bulked up last winter to 193 i started cutting in feb and my abs look better than they ever have before.

In that pictue I was between maybe 217-220. Since then Ive dropped to 202-205ish. Alot leaner, but a tad smaller too. Im about to hit it hard again bc I have been short on money for the past 6 months and I havent been getting powders, creatine, from 8 meals to 3 ok meals. By the end of this year my goal is to hit 235 bulk, then cut to 220 @ 8-9% Id like to have my IFBB card by 35 years old. (5) years.

yea, when I get big enough and cemetric enough to enter and place top 3 in an am. contest. I have a metabolism of a hummingbird, I just need to fill out. Cutting wont we anything. I dont do any cardio and I stay under 15% no matter what I eat. Im 6'2", so being taller requires more fill to "look" filled out as shorter guys.
