what would be the best sprockets to go with im thinkin like 13-42 my banshee is pullin like 55hp and i think it should run faster. i still have stock sprokets on it now. im new at all this and wanna start drag racin it

How far are you racing? Stock gearing (14/41) works pretty good, not sure I'd go lower. Always launch in second gear.

Go with stock gearing unless you will do a lot of highway racing. I was at that power level last year and it didnt have the power to use 6th gear well with 15/41.

If you are serious about dragging, you need to work up on set up. Set up is where its' at. Hell throw in a dunable override while you're at it ;)

I actually run 15/41 on stock Banshee (t5s, timing,k&n,150 psi). It revs all the way out in 6th pretty quick, but it has always been a freak engine to be unported.

YOu may need more timing, or adjust your jetting. You should wind out 6th quick with stock gearing.

For someone that seems to know little about a duneable override and has no experience

with them, that is a very good suggestion....

picking out gearing is going to be a bit of hit and miss, depending upon where you are racing.

its going to depend on your weight, tire, length of swingarm and so forth.
