Snopczynski Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 sleeper06- they run about 240 on motosport.com and also where did u get ur rear tires. Snopczynski- is hard to hook up the cluthless shift on the banshee? You have to hook up a contact to the shifter, so for most its not easy. Usually the drag guys are the only ones that run em. Quote
dajogejr Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 I will probably get a Dyna ignition again, one of these days. I plan on running NOS this year, some time...already have the kit. Although it's a PITA track side to change compression (dome replacment) I like the fact I can program a regular curve for my motor, then a Nitrous curve as well... I hope that's the way things fall....just don't know... Quote
FireHead Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 Ummmm.....I already have had one for over a year now. Is this thread really old? I am confused.............. Quote
Snopczynski Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 I think DAJ thought I didn't have one, then you said you could program one for me. But you said it right after I said that I did have one. I have dyno tested custom curves almost a year ago to this week. Quote
J-Madd Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 You have to hook up a contact to the shifter, so for most its not easy. Usually the drag guys are the only ones that run em. Don't know why you'd need that with an override, though; unless using the manual 5th and 6th. Those gears are hard to hit sometimes after shifting 1-4 overridden. Quote
sleeper06 Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 I am running 5th,6th clutch ,Ill have to run a nitrous micro switch ,I was thinking of keepin it gangsta and operating it with my thumb instead of making brackets.I also have an air shifter system off a harley with auto ignition kill But I dont want to clutter the bike up with air tanks and whatnot.Ill set up a momentary switch with a relay and try it Quote
crashogden Posted March 27, 2009 Author Report Posted March 27, 2009 well sounds like a weekend project on hooking up the cluthless shift! Sleeper06- where did u get ur rear tires? Quote
