big papa
yes, i tried the search... anyway my banshee is a bit too long for my crew cab bed. I know I have seen trucks with something holding their tailgate 1/2 way up. Anyone ever see this or know how they support their tailgate part way? wacko2000
You lost me alittle. How come you just dont leave your tail gate down? I used to put my banshee in my Titan and i would have to leave the tailgate down.

Onesickcrewcab
I also leave my tailgate down and just use ratchet straps to hold the bike in. The guys you see with there tailgates half way closed. They usually just run the straps that hold the tailgate (when its down) over the latches that stick out the side of the bed. At least for chevy's that's how they do it.
Keyser Soze
I'm sorry to hear about your tailgate issue. All is not lost. I happen to have a 1984 Lt125 three wheeler ill trade heads up for your Banshee. Best of all it will fit perfect!!

AKheathen
alot of trucks from the late 90's-up can do that from the factory. don't remember if it was the frontier, or canyon i was looking at, that had like 3 settings. they also have power gates, and step-downs. you can strap the latches to your rails, too. or you can buy a bed-extender, which goes out over your down gate, and flips over to hold things near your gate when closed
