It wouldnt come out for shit until i soaked it with PB blaster for a couple hours. Then stuck my tool in it and used a big snipe bar and she come loose. Maybe give that a try. PB Blaster works wonders. Keep working at it, it will come out. Cutting it out would be risky, you wouldn't want to nick the fine threads.
