w2banshee
that yellow shee looks sick. and get rid of the stock pipes on the red one. the yz is pritty nice as well Need to safe up more money as you can see from my previous post aftermarket stuff very expensive.I definately would like to get me the trinity pipes.Did a lot of searching the last two years on the site and i've picked up that the people on here dont like the trinity to much but to me it sounds like a good quality pipe.Friend of mine that is a importer is busy to get the agency for trinity in south africa so hopefully one of these days i will get my pipes ,already got my v-force reed valves waiting in the garage. Got to get the yz to go faster for now. The yellow shee has been in the war big time already.Took my son to the oval track couples of months after i bought it and he flipped the shee on the corner on oil.lots of damage.Want to do it over some time soon. MarineNYC
I think you should pipe your boys YZ. I had a YZ 125 and I saw a decent gain from a pro circuit pipe. I def think its a big step up from stock. Anyone disagree with this. Try that and go from there.
banshee_terror_
the vf3 could caust you like 200 smakers. bu yah you said you have to pay a fortiune for anything. to get the yz faster a carb and pipe would make it alot faster but the airbox thing sucks. like if you were riding in a drizzle or in the mud or somethinglike that. it will get in the carb sometimes and cause your shit to run like shit. also like some one said before and because your living in africa its gana be dry and all that dust is gana stick to the filter pritty bad. but a good port carb and pipe is plenty but you could also change the sprockets to give you a little more

RagunCajun
My first big boy bike was a yz125. I had a pipe, filter, vf3 etc on it. It was pretty fast for what it was. Instead of trying all sorts of mods to it, i just left it alone and saved my money. After a while i sold that bike for a yz250. 125's are great bikes but i wanted more power and it would of been a waste for me to soup up a 125. I love how 250's have something called low end I personally would just get a pipe for the 125. I dont know if opening the airbox is worth it. The air filter would prob get dirty in a hurry. w2banshee
Thanks for all the advise that is what i want to see.The people around here either dont want to give away their secrets or they just act stupid.I just dont get any feedback on what to do on the yz,all they tell me is to put on smaller sprocket on the back.Even on the banshees i didnt get any feedback. For example i've read a lot on advancing your timing, tors removal and a lot of other stuff and if i mention it to a mechanic they either say it wont work or they dont now anything about it.Thing is their isnt really a lot of people around here that can give you good advise on the banshees. Some more pictures.

My son is only 16 so he can do this year and next years racing in the 125 class so i think for now it is worth the affort to soop up the 125 a little, and yes a friend of mine just bought his son the yz250 ya what can i say awesome bike. In one of our national off road events two 125 were in the top ten finish just shows you what you can do on a 125.
MarineNYC
It wont work LOL. Dont listen to those idiots. Be ur own mechanic and learn from us and the site. We will tell you if it will work of not. I think you should throw some timing at ur boys bike. Make a noticable gain. I was like very happy with it and walked all over my friends Shee. He was asking me what the hell I did to it because we were pretty close the weekend B4. I wouldnt tell him for a couple days. He was pullin his hair out. And to think that he still isnt on HQ.
