supersider Posted March 15, 2009 Report Share Posted March 15, 2009 i just listed the rocket science forum. got my banshee to run but not idle. did the first run on it today, It was bad. When i gave it fu;ll throttle it fell on its face. so i kept riding it like that all day. i messed with the air screw and leaned it. it died and now wont start. whats my problem and how can i fix it? im running 50 pilots 150mains. toomey t5 1300 absl, dune port, im now thinking about taking it to my mechanic and paying 200-350 to get it dynoed,tuned,and jetted. any suggestions? locogato11283 Posted March 15, 2009 Report Share Posted March 15, 2009 your main needs to be up towards 160. id say try a 162 to be safe. pilot probably needs to be a 45 or 48. hope you didnt lean it out and put a hole in the top of the piston. did you do a WOT plug check at all?
