bluerider
Hi all of you... Have a doubt. A friend of mine have an extra pair of Elka Quad Rate Piggyback Long Travel shocks from a TRX 450. Is there ANY way that they fit or can be adapted in a banshee frame with custom +3 a-arms? Or it's just impossible? Thanks for your time mates.

bluerider
If I build Long Travel A/arms like these the should work fine, right? Might I have some problem whith the longer travel distance?
shogs
Take pics and record your build and let us know if for some crazy reason it works. Good luck

bbcmudtruck
Instead of building your own arms, wouldn't it be cheaper to buy a set of shocks that already fit?

dragbanshee
If they do fit other wise, you still may be grinding or cutting some of your top mounting post for shock angle.
bbcmudtruck
Its hard to believe that spending a little more on shipping is going to cost more than fabricating long travel arms from scratch.. Post pics if you do though!

peterlocal22
once one person says no it wont work then everyone just jumps on the ban waggon. Id like to know who actually has proof this will not work? Ive seen some crazy mods made to these machines and people probably said the same thing before it was actually made. 88-04banshee
I don't see why they would not work especially if your fabbing up your own +3 arms they should be ABOUT the right length. good luck and be sure to take a lot of picture.
