zach45
sorry for the thread jack, but what's the difference between the f3 and c5 levers? when you buy new... the C stands for cast the F stands for forged the C comes with 5 year warranty the F comes with 3 year

bbcmudtruck
Well the C and F make sense! I've wondered about that myself.
nameehsnab
Is there not a performance difference? For $20 more I would think the C5 would pull better than the F3. With a Banshee clutch, I'm all about making the pull as easy as possible.
SAVAGE420
Is there not a performance difference? For $20 more I would think the C5 would pull better than the F3. Think about it for a second though. Whats better, cast or forged??? We all know the answer to that one!

Justintoxicated
for $6 hell ya, but at retail im not sure. I own one ASV brake lever and a Yamaha Factory Racing clutch lever (NOT THE POS OEM THAT COMES ON THE BIKE, its MUCH different). At it works great, easy to pull and very adjustable. I won't be replacing it with an ASV until it breaks....then I will get an ASV to match the other one cause they do look cool As far as breaking the factory Racing lever, when I do I will have much bigger problems, like Axle A-arms etc, its already survived one frame!
