Chris-in-Cali
They will charge you an arm and a leg!! One thing I have learned...BEER+DESERT+KEYS= HEADACHE!!! Use copper wire to splice the ignition clip and relocate your kill switch to a spot only you know.

278
Just get rid of the ignition switch and splice the 2 wires together, if your worried about someone taking it just unplug one of the ignition wires where the stator connects to your electrical system ontop of the motor. If anyone wanted to take it all they got to do is break the ignition wires and twist them together anyways

278
Thats easy enough to fix, order a new kill switch. Or you can go down to the hardware store pick a switch that you like and splice it in.... make sure its wether proof
locogato11283
keys on a banshee are worthless. just ditch that shit.
spurdy
the problem is that the run switch doesnt work right now so ive been using the key for the kill switch. Your switch is probably fine. Likely got dirt or sand or something in it keeping it from grounding out to kill your ignition signal. Pretty simple switch and its likely it could be fixed. If someone is going to steal it that key isn't going to do shit. SP

SP run switch is clean and connection is fine. has a short somewhere in the harness and havnt found it yet. i know it wont stop theft. just using it as a kill switch and want a key that doesnt stick 2 inches out and break it off again.
