Corndiddly5885
I was wondering if i get +3+1 arms would +2 works shocks fit on there or no?
desertdeweller
yes they will, the mounting points are the same. The only thing is since you changed your leverage ratio you might have to get them resprung or valved. Your best bet is to just try it out to see if you want to change them or not. you may find them to be to soft depending on how you ride, they also maybe fine for you. I did a similar change to mine before. I actually liked the ride better when I had the +3 arms on it with the shocks that were set up for the +2 Edited February 13, 2009 by desertdeweller

BlntdEyez
Alright thanks. one more ? you its better to spent the extra money and get the piggybacks? It depends on how hard you ride. The piggy help with the shock fading from heat. You can buy those elkas's I posted and then later if you think you need the piggy's you can add them later. Yea the more bumps you hit, And the more the oil compresses and uncompresses cause the oil to heat up and the shock to fade. The piggybacks hold more oil therefore are less likely to fade. BlntdEyez
u would have to ship the shocks back to elka to have the piggybacks added. Its prolly better to just go ahead and get the piggybacks now
Corndiddly5885
So it would be cheaper just to get them right away? Do u know how much it cost to get them added on later on?
