NOS_350x
I got a set of cylinders given to me from my banshee as spares. The bottom of the sleve is broke off on one cylinder. i was wondering if anyone has tryed to press in and out one. I think i could do it. Also wondering if somone has a sleve or set laying around. Dont want to kick down with the $ if the porting sucks.
Wildcardracing
All of the replacement sleeves that I know of are larger OD than the stock ones and require machine work to install.

jbooker82
I believe you have to bore the old sleeve out since yamaha casts the cylinder around the iron sleeve.
FireHead
I believe you have to bore the old sleeve out since yamaha casts the cylinder around the iron sleeve. You can heat up the cylinder and press the sleeve out, but it more trouble that a set of eBay cylinders is worth. :geek:
