AKheathen
what size domes for what i have right now if you know and what does a timing advance do can it really give more horsepower what is your elevation? what fuel are you running? the timing is set back so that you can run the lowest grade fuel, and not detonate, but some of the burn is wasted out of the exhaust. igniting it sooner allows the burn to develope more by the time it's used for the downstroke. on the other hand, if too soon, it can detonate and cause serious damage. the majic number seems to be +4 for most, and is one of the best power per doolar mods. the plate is like 35 bucks, and i've never heard anyone complain. This is a very easy answer, however....it requires one question. How much do you have to spend??
STINKYDELUXE
+4 timing, cool head (or shaved head) and porting. after that it starts costing a lot more money
FASTOYS
Need to know your elevation. A cool head, and timing plate will really wake it up. Also may consider gearing it too.
