GrMeyer
A-T is rec use and Pro series is what you can guess is for more of the pro rec riders. dual rate is has to springs on the shock. triple it has three springs on the shock. Triple is what you want. they just help more for taking the little bumps and harder landings. and if you can afford the compression and rebound settings then you will have your self a good set of shocks...im not a big works fan due to having springs keep breaking. moved all the elka and love my choice in that. but all in all. it depends on what kind of riding your doing. sheerider1026
works sucks.. i have them on my bike.. they claim to give a 30 day ride gaurantee.. whatever.. i wasn't happy with the way my shocks were setup and they refused to honor there 30 day ride gaurantee.. they simply refused to take them back and revalve them.. told me to add more preload.. the guy also said you got what you ordered so be happy with them.. they where WAAAY too mushy.. i could bottom them out from coming down off a wheelie.. get what you want.. but f i could do it again i would get elkas.. Michael Jackson
i like mine. they work great.. i have triple rate AT's if i did it again, id get the dual rates, the banshee front end doesnt have enough travel to take advantage of triple rate is what i hear from everyone, they still ride 100 times better than stock though, im sure there are better more expensive choices, but for $450 its hard to go wrong

banshee#44
i like that idea with the elka i was wondering if you could add the rezzies later.yea ive heard good and bad from works.but ive only heard good from elka
GrMeyer
yup ill go with the stock yfz450 shocks before i buy the works shit again... the rez on the yfz are bigger then the works so more oil better cooling. but then again anything is better then stock...so if you do happen to come by some then i would buy some. it does all depend on your riding because the works do fade fast in the dunes and the elkas will go all day and not even worm up.
