spurdy
I just picked up a Boss intake with internal crossover. I have run individual intakes without any crossover tube for several years. Is there going to be any difference in performance with my new intake? I would think it would be much the same either way. I am running 35 PWKs and currently have Trinity intakes with a "cool" swirl pattern across the intake track. Any opinions? SP
uwenr
Dont know about the cross over tube but i just bought a new set of Boss intakes and my bike ran like shit. Turns out they were leaking between the rubber and the aluminum. Sealed them up and it runs great. might want to check them after installing. jbooker82
I dont know if you will see a preformance increase. You might pay attension to the idle and see if your banshee Idles better. Yea I would recomend sealing the intake boots too. Mine leaked a litte when I did a pressure check. I just used a little bit of yamabond. josh
dajogejr
You won't notice a difference. I always use a thin coat of RTV on the intake side for every gasket...
