I am going to be ordering new plastic in a few months and i was wanting to know which color i should go with that wouldn't show abuse as much. (scratches, etc) I was thinking about going all black but i have never owned a quad with black plastic and didnt know how bad it shows scratches. I ride ALOT of trails so....

do what i did to mine.. i wet sanded with some 400.. then some 600..them some 1000 gritt.. and then some 2k grit..and put some mothers wax on it.. smoothed out all the imperfections.. and made them shine like new.. i did that to my fronts. rear. tank and rad cover.. looks like NEW and they are original 87 plastics

Mines black and it's relentless on showing even minor scratches...

I still like it though...lol...it rides the same...

Man now i really don't want to go all black. I was thinking about going white front and rears with black rad and gas tank cover. anyone got that color combo that could post some pics.

I have silver Maier's, and you can barely see the scratches on it, and is still as glossy as when I got them. White seems to turn yellow after a while. Blue does show creases and scratches bad. Everyone that I know with red, it seems to fade. So, my vote is for silver. But, I don't like seeing alot of the same colors on here. That's why I got that color.
