i am at 500ft it is -15 out here in canada has 90 psi on one side and 60 on the other

ohh yeah it time for a rebiuld.. if they was both 90lb wouldnt be too bad but the one at 90 and one at 60lb is not good... get it bored out new wiseco pistons, timing plate, nos head with 20 or 21cc domes..

where about in Canada are you

Get the cylinders ported. There is no better time since your rebuilding it. After pipes a port job is the next big increase in power.

If it was my choice between a port job, and a cool head, I would do the port job. You can always slap a head on later.

next steps I'd recommend would be- mild port and if you're on a budget mill the head. if you like the bling and may want to play w/ different compressions-get the cool head.
