87sheerips
Ok, so im tearing my motor down for a full rebuild.. What I find is 2 fibers shattered. This happened last year at the drags, really weired. I think im done running the TUSK kits, even though I used to like them alot. What do u guys think, have any of u ran into this before? jbooker82
I probably would have been done running them the first time they broke. Usually you get what you pay for. josh

87sheerips
Ive got a magnum billet basket, everything looks to be in great condition. The cushions seem to have a lil play in them, so im guna replace those. Other than that , I have no clue. let me rephrase that, my clutch was WAY out of adjustment and I made up for it on the lever... That couldve helped... remember how bad that was shayne? locogato11283
so lemme get this straight.. you bought all new good clutch parts from FAST and then bought a tusk clutch to put in it??!! what ever were you thinking??!!
Snopczynski
That used to happen to me when i ran ebc and barnett clutches. I shattered two different sets of clutch packs racing at sandfest back in the 90's. I switched over to a cascade heavy duty clutch, and have never had an issue since. okbeast
Been using Tusk clutches for awhile and I definitely ride my stuff hard and have never broken one, not even close.

Its still hard now, but I think I have to step up to prevent this from happening again. Funny thing is, the clutch still worked fine! lol
