Hey guys,

My friend just picked up an 07 Ram Hemi Crew cab 4x4. We popped the hood and I wasn't sure what each radiator was for.

My guess is the obvious. Primary large one is for the water jacket. The two little ones infront are for the engine oil and transmission oil.

But what about the secondary large one on the driver side?

Can anyone sum it up in a nut shell?

Those are the food and water bowls for the hamsters.

At least it's better than the rats that power the Duramax :ninja:

But yes the 4th should be for the A/C, follow the lines and see where they lead to.

could be trans cooler, or engine oil cooler as well

We're thinking that those are the two smaller ones on the lower passenger side. I wouldn't think that the Hemi would need 3/4 the size of the regular rad for the tranny or engine. :geek:

I didn't think a/c would need anything like that. especially because it has a big electric fan beside it.

I was thinking it could have been a tranny cooler or something....

Next time i'm down there I'll really scope it out.

Duramax > Cummins > Powerjoke I mean stroke.

At least as far as stock goes. I'm just not a fan of how slow the stock I-6 is...modded, different story, they are sweet. Very strong running motors.

If it wasn't low teens out there, I'd go look at mine.

Here's my thoughts...radiator, power steering, trans, oil and AC condenser.

go get a cold air intake for it. Simple bolt on, gets rid of all the plastic garbage on top of the motor and gives that motor a HELLUVA better sound... It honestly sounds like exhaust work once you shit can all that crap on top of the motor...
