Tedder
Over the years while looking for parts for our asphalt bikes I've been fortunate enough to pickup some items with little to no run time on them. One of the things I've got is a virtually new stock crank that I had Jeff (FAST) true and weld. Running wide open throttle through a 1/4 mile tests the rods every pass. I've heard stock Yamaha cranks are pretty good if fitted with TZ/Max load and welded but Hot Rods have never let us down so I'm hesitant about putting it in. Wondered what you guy's have experienced or what your builders have recommended. Thanks guy's
NYUK
like you said the stock crank, welded with a tz is a good strong crank. i have used h.r. and stockers in my asphalt bikes for years and never had a failure.100`s of quarter mile passes.
