AKheathen Posted January 10, 2009 Report Share Posted January 10, 2009 Hey, my clutch lever (the one inside the casing) is broken, i need to replace it but have no idea how to remove the old one! is there something special i need to do to pull it out?! thanks for the help i don't have experience in replacing the lever, so i don't know if you have to do anything else, but i belive you have to pull the pressure plate and pushrod back, remove the retainer that goe over the top, and pull up. but you could possibly just back the clutch adjuster off a bit, pull the top retainer, an lift it out if you can get a hold of it. :shrug: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Where the cable goes? Or do you mean it doesnt operate the clutch anymore? If so you should check the pushrod and ball to see if everything is ok. They could have welded themselves together.
